Precision Farming Education on the Web

To develop a web-based course providing free public access to precision agriculture technology. Precision agriculture involves the use of spatial information, overhead photography, satellite technology and computer software. It can enable farmers to make "micro-applications" of water, fertilizer and pesticide.
